As outlined below the following conditions are applicable and valid between the Institute of Sound Massage Therapy hereby referred to as “institute” and the participant. Shall it deem necessary to alter these conditions in any way or form the institute must agree and accept in writing otherwise they are considered not valid and void.

The following policies are in place to provide and maintain a high level quality of our seminars. Upon registering you accept and understand the policies outlined below.

• Confirmation:
In order to secure a space at one of our seminars a 50% deposit is required and must be transferred into the following bank account:

The number of participants for each seminar is limited. Seats are assigned in chronological order from the date the deposit was received. The remainder of the registration fee is due 14 days prior to the seminar date. Should the seminar be full upon receipt of your deposit, a full refund will be issued or, at your request, a credit note will be provided for an upcoming seminar.

• Refund Policy:
Cancellations received in writing four weeks prior to the start of the seminar are entitled to a full refund. A € 50 administration fee will be applied to cancellations received in writing 14 days prior to the start of the seminar. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the seminar date, the 50% deposit ought to be paid in any case. All prices incl. 20% legal VAT.

No refunds will be issued upon failure to attend, full participation fee has to be paid, wether the deposit percentage has been paid or not. Delegate substitution is permitted.

Upon failure to provide a 50% deposit your registration is considered null and void. Registering in person is subject to availability and the registration fee is to be paid in cash.

The Institut reserves the right to postpone or cancel seminars. If for any reason whatsoever the seminar is cancelled the liability of the Institute shall be limited to reimbursement of the seminar fees. Notice will be supplied in the event of such changes.

Upon registration, you declare that your mental and physical condition allows you to participate in the seminar without any concern or effect on your own health and the health of others.

Fees can also be paid in cash on the seminar date, subject to availability.
Accomodation, travel and meals are NOT included in the seminar fees.

Please note that the seminar is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatry or any medical treatment. Our seminars do not provide treatments for healing. Participants assume responsibility for themselves. Each participant is solely responsible for their own actions and resulting consequences within or outside the seminar and is therefore liable for any damages or costs associated therein.

Any claims made towards the organizer without exception will not be honoured.

Upon placing an order the purchaser agrees to have his personal data stored electronically by the institute. If ordering through the institute’s homepage the customer revokes all claims of guarantee for a secure data transfer by the institute. No claims for compensation pertaining this matter can be made or will be honored.

Applicable law for all juridical cases is Austrian law. Court of jurisdiction is Vienna.
